Hi!

I’m Tori Vernette. 

I am a coach dedicated to helping you improve your health through intermittent fasting. With my nursing and public health background, I can offer you evidence-based education, support, and accountability on your journey to optimal health.

My personal experience with intermittent fasting has benefitted me in ways beyond just losing weight. Besides significant weight loss, I also improved my lab values (particularly A1C levels), increased my energy levels, and reduced arthritis pain symptoms. These are some of the notable aspects of my intermittent fasting weight loss journey:

  • I did not count calories.

  • I did not eat bland “diet” foods.

  • I did not have to purchase expensive and questionable drinks, meals, or supplements. 

  • I did not have a formal exercise plan. 

  • In less than 6 months, I dropped over 50 pounds and still enjoyed my favorite meals.

  • I did not feel hungry or deprived of anything. 

Intermittent fasting, particularly OMAD, was simple once I knew what I was doing and how to do it. It fit easily into my lifestyle. I incorporated fasting with ease, and so can you!

I believe that intermittent fasting is the first step to a healthy lifestyle. I also support fasting in conjunction with “clean” balanced meals, stress management, and self-care.
