I am a coach dedicated to helping you improve your health through intermittent fasting. With my nursing and public health background, I can offer you evidence-based education, support, and accountability on your journey to optimal health. 

My personal experience with intermittent fasting has benefitted me in ways beyond just losing weight. Besides significant weight loss, I also improved my lab values (particularly A1C levels), increased my energy levels, and reduced arthritis pain symptoms.
